General Event Questions

Bluegrass Book Con is a multi-day Kentucky book convention celebrating authors, readers, and bookish creatives. The event includes author signings, a curated vendor marketplace, and special literary experiences.

Bluegrass Book Con will take place November 13–15, 2026.

The event will be held at the Central Bank Center, located in Lexington, KY. Additional venue and parking details will be shared closer to the event.

Yes! Bluegrass Book Con welcomes readers of all ages. Some author content may vary by genre, so we encourage attendees to review guest details in advance.
Tickets

Tickets will go on sale in April 2026. Join our email list to receive early access and updates.

Ticket availability at the door will depend on capacity. We strongly recommend purchasing in advance once sales open.

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. In the event of cancellation, additional communication will be provided.
Tickets are non-transferable; the name on the order needs to match the person checking in.
Authors & Signings

Authors will be at their booths the entirety of the event, but we will release a weekend schedule in October.

Limit of 3 books from your personal collection per author. Some authors will have books for sale at their booths, which will be exempt from this, as well as any preorders purchased that will be picked up at the event.

Many authors and vendors will have books available for purchase during the event.
Travel & Accommodations

We have a room block at the Hyatt, 401 W High St, Lexington, KY.
We also recommend the Hilton located at 369 West Vine St, Lexington, KY.

Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue, and various parking garages around downtown Lexington.
